The more we immerse ourselves in the realms of separation, the more we suffer. But what happens when we awaken to our place in the natural world? When we realize and honor the interconnectedness and innate belonging that threads together all of existence? When we can see ourselves as a bead in the intricate tapestry of life, no more or less important than any other bead?
What results is a life of connection. Connection to Earth, connection to community, connection to love, and most importantly, connection to Self / Mother-Father God.
Through shamanic practices, sacred ceremony, and invitations for radical self-inquiry, my goal is to support you in moving into a space of deeper connection, and to be a stepping stone for you on your journey into your Heart and into your own innate Belonging.
My offerings include Shamanic Journeywork, Reiki & Energy Medicine, Ceremony, Music, and Traditional Q’ero healing practices.

Great Hummingbird, Gran Colibrí, Hatun Siwar Q’enti, Guardian of the South, we call upon you.
Colibrí, connect us to the voices of our ancestors. Help us to hear their guidance and receive their memory in the waters that flow through us.
Colibrí, please guide us to the flowers so we may drink from their nectar, savoring the sweetness of life. Help us to fill our lives with color, and to live lightly and vibrantly, a life filled with gratitude.
Gran Colibrí, please connect us to our inner flame. Help us to open to the messages from Spirit, always in support of our highest good and the highest good of All.
Great hummingbird, pollinator of beauty, please show us the way into the gateway of the infinite, through the intelligence of our hearts.
And so it is!
At this sacred time, the old ways are being rediscovered while new wisdom is simultaneously coming to us from Mother Spirit, and we are redefining what it means to live a life of joy, wellness and integrity.
The path forward is exciting as we co-create our existence together, weave this tapestry of health and wholeness, and cast spells of solidarity, courage, love and empowerment. The responsibility is ours, and it begins within each of us.
My prayer is that we all have the courage to turn inward, to sit in our shadows, love them, integrate them, and find our light. May we cultivate and care for that inner light, until we’re able to shine the light of love upon every being we encounter on our journeys Home.
