In a shamanic Reiki session, I am channeling restorative Universal Reiki Energy, while also applying shamanic techniques to move dense energy out of your body and your luminous field. I call upon the healing energies of the plant kingdom to support and nourish our work together, bringing in the spirit of specific plants and their medicine.

These sessions can be done in person, I’m currently located on the island of Kaua’i, or I can activate the symbols for distance healing.

This energy medicine can be beneficial for pain management, support in emotional/physical/spiritual healing, chakra balancing and alignment, and recalibration. I offer reiki for all living beings, including our plant and animal friends.

Cacao supported healing is an invitation for you to dive deep into yourself, with the loving support of Ancestral Cacao Medicine and the careful guidance of a shamanic practitioner and Cacao steward, in a sacred ritual container. Cacao will help remove the barriers and open you up as you explore your Truth through conversation, self-inquiry, guided meditations, somatic exercises and journaling. Cacao and I will always work together to meet you where you are, and gently guide you as you discover your own next stepping stone.

During our sessions together—we will decide the length of the container we’d like to open together—you will cultivate a personal connection with Cacao, and learn how to maintain that connection, engage with her in ritual, and turn to her for support throughout your life.

Shamanic Healing sessions with me are a safe, sacred and ceremonial container in which we can, together, lean into the areas where you’re looking for growth and expansion, with curiosity. We will be actively supported by and in communication with the spiritual realm. Our sessions may include Power Animal retrieval, Shamanic Journeys, Soul Retrieval, and Quantum Healings, in addition to support through conversation.

The energy medicine of the Andes has been safe-guarded and cared for for millennia, and it is an honor for me to practice and share these ancient healing modalities. This is a tradition that is deeply connected to the earth, to Pachamama, to the Apus, and all of the powerful medicine of nature and all her spirits. I was given the gift of mentoring with Healer Pampamesayok Don Augustín and his family in the Q’eros Nation of Peru, and have received the training, energetic transmissions, initiations and permissions to carry out this work.

A healing session can be performed in person or remotely, with the intention of moving heavy energy and restoring balance to the body, resulting in emotional, spiritual and physical healing.

Cacao is a sacred, ancestral, heart-opening medicine that is coming back into our awareness, thanks to the incredible indigenous teachers and cacao stewards, as we, as a collective, re-learn and remember how to heal. In ceremony, my flow with cacao is through the shamanic journey. First, we create a safe container by sharing a piece of ourselves and calling in the directions, committing to the space and to each other—committing to the journey. We are cleansed and purified with copal and palo santo in a traditional sahumación, and we then prepare the psyche and the body to receive the medicine. Cacao is allowed to work through us and within us as we are guided on a shamanic journey to connect with the plant spirit. After sharing our experiences and allowing ourselves to be witnessed, there is space for integration through musical expression with traditional medicine songs and drumming.

Engaging with cacao in ceremony is an opportunity to dive deep while being held by community. Where three or more are gathered, the prayers are multiplied. When we sit together consciously and intentionally, big magic can happen and big medicine can be received.

The Despacho (or Haywariqui) ceremony comes from the Paqo Kuna tradition of the high Andes Mountains in Peru, and this sacred ritual has been passed down for generations and generations, coming to us from the Incas. It is a beautiful and elaborate offering to the land, to the Spirits, and to all beings, helping us to enter into Ayni, or right relationship and reciprocity, with Pachamama, our animal allies, the Apus, the sacred directions, and with ourselves.

A despacho ceremony can carry a particular intention, such as bringing health to a family member or to support a sacred water source, or it can be a general act of goodness and sweetness, helping to bring love and balance to all systems.

As a mesa carrier, I was trained and given the transmissions and permissions from Don Augustín and his family in Q’eros Nation to carry out this sacred offering in a good way.

This is a sacred haywariqui Despacho ceremony (see above) with a very special and powerful intention.

For the people of Q’eros, there only exists two types of energy, sami and hucha. Hucha is dense energy that can cause us to become unwell, physically, spiritually and emotionally. Hucha can be passed down to us from our ancestral lineage, and it grows in power and strength with each generation. In this ceremony, we will create an offering to clear the hucha generated by our ancestors, releasing them and ourselves from the dense energy we carry, and help guide their souls back to Hanaq Pacha, the upper world, where they may continue on their journeys in a good way. It is a beautiful gift to our ancestors and to ourselves.

I was given the training, transmissions and permissions to hold this sacred ceremony by Don Augustín and his family in Q’eros Nation, and I do this work humbly, with great gratitude and respect for their teachings.

Reiki is a beautiful and powerful energy, and one which we all have the ability to connect to. As human beings, we are born with the innate gift of channeling this energy and beaming it outward for healing others, and receiving it inward to heal ourselves. No one is excluded, but we do need training, and according to many lineages, the proper attunements, or activations, in order to open the channel and begin to call in this energy.

I carry the lineage of Usui Reiki, as well as the healing energy of the Hampe lineage, which is received along with the nine rites of Munay Ki. When teaching Reiki, I share both of these lineages and I teach my students how to use these two distinct energies in tandem. In this way, my application and personal understanding of Reiki is through the lens of shamanism and shamanic energy practices.

My personal mastery symbol of Reiki was given to me by the energy itself and activated by my teacher, and with this activation I’ve hoped to share the healing light of Reiki with as many people who find me in search of personal empowerment and healing.

I am available for one on one Reiki training and attunements, as well as group training facilitation that can stand alone or complement a yoga training course, a healing retreat, or other wellness gathering.
