My Approach
Spiritual, emotional and physical wellbeing are our natural states and our birthright. Inner peace and personal power are available to each of us, and we have more allies in reaching those states than many of us realize. These unseen allies exist in a space that we aren’t often taught to move in—our reality is so frequently limited to the physical plane and is tethered to the five senses that we base our perception around. But there is a richness, a depth, and a profoundly magical quality to the human experience that we are missing, and incredible healing we aren’t able to receive when we limit ourselves in this way. The Mayans have understood for millennia that humans have twenty senses. Imagine all of the information we have become unconscious to by dampening, or deactivating, those senses!
The spirit world is a space that is open to all of us. There are many ways to enter and countless methods for connecting to the energies, archetypes, and spirits who wish to support us and offer us guidance on our journeys, but we must fully honor the polarity and the duality integral to the human experience. The only way out is through. Sometimes the teachings given to us by Spirit involve welcoming pain and sitting with our traumas—this is how we use alchemy to transform and transmute the heaviness into light. Healing is an act of courage, and I’m here to offer my support.
There are no healers, there are only allies, seen and unseen, who can pass you the torch to light your way back home to yourself. The wisdom is within you, the spirit world wants to help you, and you already know what to do. Your inner healer is waiting for you, asking you to bring light to your true essence and ignite the healing power within.
